At CALIGO Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, we are committed to conducting all our business operations with integrity, transparency, and adherence to ethical values. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance toward bribery and corruption and sets forth the behavioural standards expected from our employees, managers, consultants, and all third parties acting on our behalf.
Date of Issue: 11.06.2025
This policy applies to all employees, managers, consultants, and business partners of CALIGO Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, without exception.
CALIGO strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. No employee or third party may offer, accept, or request any direct or indirect benefit with the intent to initiate, maintain, or gain advantage in a business relationship. Our company is committed not only to legal compliance but also to upholding high standards of business ethics.
Bribery is defined as offering or accepting money, gifts, services, or any advantage to gain a benefit in the course of one’s duties.
Corruption refers to the abuse of entrusted power for personal gain, whether in the public or private sector.
CALIGO is fully committed to complying with the Turkish Penal Code, international anti-corruption laws (such as the UK Bribery Act and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), and the principles set forth in the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System.
Employees are strictly prohibited from accepting any gifts that may influence business decisions. Only symbolic-value gifts that pose no conflict of interest may be accepted, and only with the knowledge of the Human Resources department.
Invitations, meals, and hospitality must be modest, reasonable, and clearly related to the business context. They must also be recorded where necessary.
To ensure awareness and compliance, all employees receive anti-bribery and anti-corruption training during onboarding and at regular intervals thereafter. These trainings are recorded and monitored by the Human Resources department.
This policy is reviewed at least once a year within the framework of our Information Security Management System and is updated when necessary. The review process is managed by the relevant internal controls and management review mechanisms.
The reputation and long-term success of CALIGO depend on the commitment of all employees and business partners to these principles. Implementing this policy is not only a legal obligation but also an ethical responsibility shared by all.
